This is a recipe of the famous Riga-style rat!
Ingredients:
- 1 rat
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cigar
- 1/8 bottle vodka
- 1/8 bottle of beer
- 1 lemon
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C. Grease a pan.
- Skin the rat. Take the bones out of the meat.
- Whilst the oven is getting ready, marinate the rat in an antiseptic liquid for 10 minutes.
- Wash the antiseptic liquid out of the rat.
- Mix beer with vodka. Marinate the rat in this marinade for 10 minutes.
- Cut the cigar. Roll the rat in tobacco leaves so that they stick to it. We use tobacco instead of the pepper.
- Pour the juice of the lemon onto the rat. Add salt and eggs.
- Put the rat into the oven for 45 minutes.
- Your rat is ready. Bon appetit!
